  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • The wrong item was delivered.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product).

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. For exchanges, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@fluxstores.in.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order might already be processed.

5. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us.
